All Alpatronix brand products come with a 1-year limited warranty, which protects you way beyond any return period to make sure you are protected against any defect in material and/or workmanship. In the event of a defect, we will inspect the product upon arrival and either repair the device, or replace it with a new or refurbished product. If we cannot repair or replace the device, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on your specific case and the condition in which the device was received. Alpatronix will decide which option is the most appropriate and will be the sole decision maker in these matters, but don’t worry we always have our customers’ satisfaction in mind and that is our number 1 priority!
