Battery Case for iPhone 12 mini with Wireless Charging (BX12mini)

It fits my iPhone 12 mini perfectly. I like that fact case is a battery as well. This is my 3rd purchase.

I bought this because my newdery battery case was falling apart and was discontinued so this review will mostly be comparing the two.
The thinner case is a bit nicer in the hand but I can feel that 200mAh difference from 4700 to 4500. The hard outside isn’t very grippy in the main section which is fine in the hand but if you lay it on a surface like a table and try to type it can rotate and slide around. The top part is much bendier than the newdery was which makes it a lot easier to properly insert or remove the phone.

Overall in my 2 weeks with it so far I’d say the quality is similar to the newdery and with my research into other brands I’m pretty confident in saying Alpatronix is probably the most reliable brand currently selling iphone 12/13 mini battery cases. It comes with a 1 year warranty that can possibly extended into a 2 year warranty. I don’t know how well that warranty is upheld but my newdery ran into problems after about 6 months and if Alpatronix is of similar quality and I run into similar problems hopefully Alpatronix can take care of it so I don’t have to bring it to a somewhat shady repair shop like I did with the newdery(which did seem to fix it but is probably why it started falling apart about a year later).

If the battery life of your iPhone 12 or 13 mini is annoying you and the 100% capacity of a new battery isn’t enough, you want closer to 200% and somewhat permanently, you don’t want to deal with a magsafe battery pack you could forget, I would highly recommend getting a battery case and I’d most recommend Alpatronix currently. It’s really so much nicer being able to go longer without a charger and the extra thickness actually makes it more comfortable to hold in my opinion.

Works so far! Also survived beingdropped once, though the instructions say to be pretty careful with it. The way it prioritized thephone battery when charging and only activated with the button, but automatically charges when charging was exactly what I wanted.

Well so far so good. Lasts a long time. Great not having to charge my phone via cord or wireless charger when battery gets low. Just use backup case charger to charge on the go.Very convenient and fast. Seems to be good quality. Reasonable price. Now if it was also waterproof, it would be the total package.

The case works exactly as described, and so far, I’ve had no problems. It’s doing its job well.
