● Q: How long should I hold down the power button to initiate charge?
● A: Press and hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds. To turn off, press and hold for 3-5 seconds again.
● Q: How much power does each LED light indicate?
● A: 1 Light = 25%, 2 Lights: 50%, 3 Lights: 75% and 4 Lights: 100%.
● Q: How long does it take for the battery case to charge to full.
● A: If the battery case has no power, it will normally take 6 - 8 hours to fully charge. We recommend charging your battery case overnight, so you can have a fully charged case the next day.

I've been using this battery case for a few days, and it's a fantastic product I don’t regret buying! It provides a reliable extra charge while maintaining a slim, sleek design. The case fits perfectly, offers decent protection, and supports wireless charging, making it super convenient. It's a must-have for anyone needing extended battery life on the go!

If I had known about this battery case in the past, I would have had one for every iPhone I ever owned. The only thing that I dislike is that in order to give it a full charge, I have to take my iPhone out and temporarily switch to a different case so I won’t mess up the battery via overcharging. Other than that, it works as expected and I’m happy it came with a complementary charging cable and screen protector! :-))

Quality Build, Worth the Price

This battery case isn’t like the cheap ones you often find on Amazon. The build quality is impressive right from the unboxing. The case is made of a durable rubbery material, and I never felt like the iPhone’s Lightning port was at risk during installation. Just a heads-up: don’t use a knock-off charging cable with this case—it won’t work. The manufacturer is clear about that.

Durable and Reliable Phone Protection

I’m on my third charging case for my iPhone 12. Mophie doesn’t make one, so I went with this brand a couple of years ago. The battery lasts all day, sometimes even two, without needing a charge. The real win, though, is how it protects the phone. I’ve had to replace the case twice—once after my phone ended up at the bottom of a lake and again after a different mishap. Both times, the case sacrificed itself to save my phone, which stayed safe and dry.

Does the Job with a Few Quirks

I got this case for my iPhone 12 mini because the battery was aging, and it works as expected. The LED lights on the back show the battery level, and it fits my phone snugly. Wireless charging works, but sometimes it stops charging when the case is fully charged, which can be annoying. Despite some scratches from everyday use, it keeps my phone going all day, so I’m happy with it overall.
