    ● Q: How long should I hold down the power button to initiate charge?
    ● A: Press and hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds. To turn off, press and hold for 3-5 seconds again.
    ● Q: How much power does each LED light indicate?
    ● A: 1 Light = 25%, 2 Lights: 50%, 3 Lights: 75% and 4 Lights: 100%.
    ● Q: How long does it take for the battery case to charge to full.
    ● A: If the battery case has no power, it will normally take 6 - 8 hours to fully charge. We recommend charging your battery case overnight, so you can have a fully charged case the next day.

    Great Case

    I am VERY abusive on all items that I use, including my phone and external battery cases. Nothing lasts for more than a few months in my hands.
    I finally had to replace my originally purchased Alpatronix external battery case for my iPhone X, but the first one I bought worked, functioned, never again had an issue with dead batteries and protected my iPhone x for MORE than 3 years, an EXCELLENT investment in my opinion.

    So, when the first case finally "bit the dust" after more than 3 years, I immediately reached out to purchase another proven winner, the Alpatronix case for my aging iPhone X.

    I have only had my iPhone X Battery Case for a few days but I love it! It was much easier to install my phone into the case than previous cases I have used. It works well and is easy to use. When I had a question about applying the screen cover, the Alpatronix folks got back to me within an hour or so and the information was very helpful. If this case continues to perform this well, I will buy again. Much thanks!

    I play a great deal of games on my phone that
    absolutely suck the life out of right out of my battery multiple times a day.

    With my new Alpatronix [BXXs] 4200mAh Extended Battery Charger Case for iPhone X I can literally play games all day! The charging time is unreal as it charges in no time at all.

    Normally I would purchase a phone case that cost as much as the Alpatronix [BXXs] 4200mAh Extended Battery Charger Case for screen protection. But with the Case and Battery charger I am getting twice the benefits from just the case.
    The fit is perfect and it protects my screen with the raised bevzels/edges.

    Alpatronix shipped me the wrong color by accident, Rachel was kind enough to ship me the correct color, Also sent me a prepaid label to return the wrong one terrific CS. So impressed 1st time user, In my opinion much better than Mophie and Apple battery case.! Lifetime warranty can’t go wrong!.
