    ● Q: How long should I hold down the power button to initiate charge?
    ● A: Press and hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds. To turn off, press and hold for 3-5 seconds again.
    ● Q: How much power does each LED light indicate?
    ● A: 1 Light = 25%, 2 Lights: 50%, 3 Lights: 75% and 4 Lights: 100%.
    ● Q: How long does it take for the battery case to charge to full.
    ● A: If the battery case is has no power, it will normally take 6 - 8 hours to fully charge. We recommend charging your battery case over night, so you can have a fully charged case the next day.

    It never stops

    This battery case needs a long time of charging - if connected to the phone - but has a very longlasting charge. The only problem is that once recharged, the cellphone continues to acoustically indicate the need to disconnect it from the charger.

    Works well

    I haven't had any of the problems mentioned here, and I've had it for several months. It charges my Samsung S6 phone first, then charges the battery. It approximately doubles the time between phone charges. It also is sturdy enough to protect the phone from minor drops, and it fits easily in my pocket. I'm completely satisfied.

    So far, so good. Just RTFM

    Only have had this battery case about one week, purchased it off of Amazon and not direct.

    First thing to do is to RTFM (read the f'ing manual)... it tells you how to charge the phone when it's in this case. Granted, it's in "mice print" but I had my 13 yr old read it and he even understood it.

    Hopefully, longevity of the battery won't be an issue. They do offer a 1 yr warranty, so yeah, that's reassuring.

    Gonna buy the black model for my son's b-day (he's getting a new s6).

    No Prob wroth mine

    Read a review were person couldn't charge phone and case at same time. My charged phone first then case then maintained with no issues. They mentioned about how you can customized by changing outer cover with different colors which is a great idea but only have 3 colors. Offer more colors.

    Great Investment!

    So this is the first battery case I've put on any phone and I couldn't be happier. I can run through a full battery in half a day, always plugging my phone up every chance I get. Now I can go all day n still have 90%+ left on my phone when I'm going 2 bed. I will never go without a battery case again.
